Structured groups, processes, and communication for a new offshore group (in China) for a Silicon Valley mobile startup.  Starting with the group leaders and stated purpose of the group, worked with existing and new teams to create a group structure.  Designed processes for communication, reporting, and workflow for the teams.  Documented all processes, assisted in implementation, reviewed/adjusted processes as necessary, and implemented tracking and communication systems.
