Provided ongoing project management coaching to both new project managers and seasoned veterans in both group and individual settings. Taught basic skills to new project managers; helped resolve issues; met on a weekly basis to discuss current events and issues. Work with new project managers is generally focused on basic skills and concepts and troubleshooting. Work with experienced project managers tends more toward soft skills, people management, and advanced process adjustments. Coaching has been both company-sponsored and individual requests.
Created a curriculum for new project managers and business analysts as part of a large company retraining effort. Delivered curriculum starting with two-day intensive training and follow-up weekly sessions for more advanced topics. Coached the new project managers and business analysts as they started their new assignments.
